Birthday: His Grand Arrival

His Grand Arrival at 8.37pm, Mount Alvernia Hospital.11.00am:
My usual gynae visit, Dr. Chong checked and I'm 3cm dilated with soften cervix.

2.00pm:
After lunch and bath, we went to Mount Alvernia Hospital and admitted to delivery ward

3.20pm:
Dr. Chong came and break my waterbag. Every 1/2 hourly increase Syntocinon (a synthetic version of birth hormone, oxytocin) to strengthen contractions.

5.00pm:
More freq contractions and 6cm dilated. Syntocinon have been increase to 24ml/hr. Pain is quite unbearable, I went for laughing gas, Entonox (mixture of oxygen and nitrous oxide) to feel relax and floating *high* and pethidine jab at buttock to relax muscles .

7.30pm:
Finally 9cm dilated and Dr. Chong finally arrived. We can start active labour. PUSH!

After about an hour, Little Kayden is out!
