Kayden is 3 months plus. He have been using the NB size of nipple for his milk bottles since he is born. I'm unsure whether is it time to "upgrade" to S size. Some people tell me if he took too long to finish his milk, it'll be the time to change. But he took about 20 mins to finish his 150ml of milk, i find it quite OK. Or maybe he is sucking in too much air?
Some will say to see whether he is getting frustrated trying so hard to suck the milk. I still find him enjoying his milk session. He can drink while he sleep.
To Change, or not to change, that is the question...

Hi Karin,
You have to ensure the bigger size teats is not too long/big for Kayden. The capacity of baby's mouth is rather small, but you have to judge for Kayden.
As for speed of drinking milk, I think Kayden's speed is fine. Young babies may not have their digestive system fully development, so drinking too fast may not be good. That's why some babies vomit milk out occasionally. Maybe when he is around 5/6 months, you then consider changing the teats for him.
i did try a bigger teat, he drink fast and choke once or twice. Sometime he is ok. So make me headache whether to change a not.
